Welcome to my blog. I am hard at work on my Ashton Community Hospital series as well as a few other things that I’ll be telling you about as I finish them. I’ve been on this writing journey for several years. I couldn’t have made it this far without the help of my wonderful friends in Outreach International Writers, Inc. This organization does so much for so many people. The dues are very low and there are a lot of member perks. The workshops that are offered are very helpful and the instructors are thorough. One of the great things is that members get one or more free workshops every year so it’s like getting your membership costs reimbursed.
I can’t say enough about the fellowship of the writers. OIWI has weekly writing sprints and a monthly brainstorming session. The sprints are one of the reasons I was able to finish my first book. I highly recommend this organization. Check them out at oiwi.org. You’ll be glad you did.
